This dealership initially missed to install one of the packages I bought. It took me 2 additional trips to their dealership to get the installed. They should take care of their new customers as good as th packages I bought. It took me 2 additional trips to their dealership to get the installed. After getting the car, I found out that the car etching wasn’t done. This was supposed to be part of the package I bought. When I brought that to sales agent’s attention, he told me to come back in a few d wasn’t done. This was supposed to be part of the package I bought. When I brought that to sales agent’s attention, he told me to come back in a few days. So I went again a couple of days later after making an appointment with the same sales agent. This time I waited for hour and half and then was told that the person doing the etching had gone for the day. They told me to come back sometime the following week and if possible during the weekday because they are less busy during weekdays. They also did not give me the welcome kit that was part of the package they sold me. I had to ask for it in my next visit. It seems like this dealership is only interested in selling the car. After selling the car, they don’t care about making sure their customer gets what they sold him. Neither do they care about making their customer come back and wait for long time while they are selling more cars to other customers. More

I was told that I was buying a car with 20,000 miles. After signing all the financial paperwork and paid my deposit I went home with the car. I woke up to drive to work and noticed the car had 42,000 miles on the dashboard. I immediately reached out to the sales representative. He reached out to his manager who told me to bring back the car and that they would stop the loan. I went in the following day and was told that the loan already went through and they first said to keep the car for a few months and then try to trade it in. I was then told that they would try to trade it for a next car but I needed to put more deposit down. I refused to that and was told they would need time to work on it. Still waiting. More

Disrespectful sales manager, lack of patience, never answered questions thoroughly, unsatisfactory customer service, unpleasant experience. We recently purchased a Toyota Tundra, and this is not our answered questions thoroughly, unsatisfactory customer service, unpleasant experience. We recently purchased a Toyota Tundra, and this is not our first time buying a car, but it was definitely one of the most unpleasant experiences we have had. When we walked into the dealership, we were willing to buy the car the same day. However, during the price negotiation and while asking questions about the truck, the managers insulted us by saying, "You do not deserve this car" and "I can show you a Tacoma because you do not deserve this car." When we mentioned that those comments were insulting, the manager tried to overlook it and said, "I am just kidding," without bothering to apologize once. As the negotiation process was going on, the supervising manager gave us a time limit and said, "I am turning on my timer for 90 seconds, and the offer will no longer stand after that 90 seconds." We have been to multiple car dealerships nationwide, but this was a unique experience. No staff member took the time to acknowledge our questions and explain the process clearly. We decided to walk out of that dealership as we couldn't take the insulting behavior anymore. Two days later, we were looking for car deals through a Costco membership, and the Costco car representative scheduled an appointment with their affiliated Toyota dealer. Unfortunately, it ended up being the Al Hendrickson Coconut Creek branch. A person from the dealership contacted us, and we mentioned our experience from the other day. The sales representative apologized and said, "Please come in, and we will work on the car deal. You do not have to worry about dealing with the sales managers from the other day. I can take you to a different manager." So we decided to go back to the dealership, and thankfully we did not have to deal with the managers from our first day. However, throughout the car purchasing process, the staff never seemed happy to have us there, and we didn't feel welcomed. To be specific, towards the end of the deal, after we signed the paperwork and everything, the finance manager didn't even say congratulations or thank you while walking out. We had never experienced anything like this before. We mentioned all these events to our sales representative, who was helpful and nice. The representative said that the dealership makes a lot of money and is the #2 Toyota dealer in the nation, so I guess the manager has a huge ego and doesn't care if he sells the car to you or someone else. In our opinion, no matter how big the dealership is if customers are not treated with respect and patience, then the whole experience of buying from the dealership is ruined. The vehicle might be great, but the sour experience associated with the purchase can never be replaced. I hope no one has to go through the same issue, and I hope this issue will be looked at by the higher-up managing persons so they can train their employees to deal with customers properly. I would never go back there to buy a vehicle or recommend this place to anyone. More
