Great Dealership with which to deal!! My wife and I were looking for a used Ford Explorer. When we first went to Kelly Ford, we met Andre. Andre is not just a "salesmen", but truly one w My wife and I were looking for a used Ford Explorer. When we first went to Kelly Ford, we met Andre. Andre is not just a "salesmen", but truly one who really tries to serve the client. He was patient, knowledgeable, a true gentleman who helped us to find the right vehicle that WE wanted, not just a unit that THEY wanted to sell to us. He went the extra step to make sure that we got a quality vehicle at a great price. The Kelly suport staff was great, too. Sandra Smith in the business office, Zeth James, the GM, Charlie, who valued our trade-in, and the "A-Team" (Alissa, Angel, and Amee)who are the on-site Allstate Insurance reps. Great people with whom to deal. No pressure here, just good service and a quality product. THANKS!! tp you all. We'll be back for our next car. More

Xavier provided excellent customer service and is a young man with a work ethic well beyond his years of age. Xavier provided just the right amount of communication - no daily calls that a lot of salespeople do. Kelly Ford is a no-pressure dealership and worked hard to earn my business. I will visit again for future purchases. Special mentions to Charlie Algieri-McCarthy (Management Team), Jonnie Walsh (Finance) & Andre Mannain (Sales) for their parts in the purchase process. Everyone that I encountered was friendly and courteous and professional. More
