I don't know how she did it, but she convinced my husband that I was right and this was the car for us! That's a feat in itself;) I had a very small window of time to purchase a new car, and she was totally willing to come back after the workday ended just to finalize my purchase. There was a small scratch she noticed and took care of it herself as well as put my plates on for me and explained all the features of my new Passport. She made the whole experience amazing and I will absolutely buy from her again! More
