I am so happy that Samartha Tetreau recommended that I come in and checkout the new 2015 Toyota Corolla’s. She told me she could get me into a new 2015 Toyota at the same payment or less. She greeted me at the door and once I saw Jimmy Eldean I told her I wanted him as my salesman. This is my second car that I have purchased from Jimmy. Jimmy knows what I want in my car and does a good job finding that car for me. He is a great salesman you are lucky to have him. He has followed up with me a few times to see if I have any questions or concern since the purchased of the vehicle. It was also a pleasure working with Imad Benelkour general manager he always makes my day by giving me a great deal. The financial manager Andi Xhacka was also very nice to work with. Your employees are awesome to deal with. I will recommend all my friends to buy a new Toyota from your dealership. My Toyota takes me everywhere I want to go. I love the new back up camera. The gas mileage on the highway is over 42 miles to the gallon. Toyota’s are the most dependable vehicles on the road. Thanks to all of you for making this a great purchasing experience. More

The Best Toyota Dealership so far! My wife and I were just beginning our new car hunt and since Toyota dealerships don't exist in northeast CT, we drove 30 miles to Herb Chambers in Aub My wife and I were just beginning our new car hunt and since Toyota dealerships don't exist in northeast CT, we drove 30 miles to Herb Chambers in Auburn MA. We were trading in a Solara convertible, so expected to get a decent trade-in. We dealt first with Brandon, who was energetic and knowledgeable and then Tomi was called in to manage the final negotiations. As you know, buying a car can be painful, but we came to an agreement in the second round. We were limited on time, so Brandon was able to push the whole deal through in about 2 hours. We had to come back in a few days after the CT registration was complete and Brandon dropped everything to transfer the plates. They are a very professional and friendly crew and they don't keep you waiting. If I had more time, I may have tried for a better deal elsewhere, but they had a great inventory and were willing to deal- so I'm giving them high praise. The 2015 XLE RAV4 is a decent crossover, and the 4 cylinders have plenty of pep. Other makes get better reviews than this Toyota, but it is a good solid vehicle that should last forever. I am not a big car guy and had been dreading getting a new vehicle when a lease on another car was up. On Thanksgiving, I mentioned to my wife's uncle that I had been gathering Camry quotes online. He had become friendly with general manager Dan Bortolussi after several dealings with him and insisted that I give Toyota of Auburn a call. The whole process was painless - got a very competitive price via phone on Saturday, came in Sunday, picked the car up on Tuesday. They hustled to get the car ready for us for Tuesday because my wife and I were both working from home that day. Dan and sales manager Mike Demers were both great guys, as was our friendly, knowledgeable sales associate Wael. Andi in finance was also excellent and endured my annoying questions about the paperwork. We are very happy with our Camry. More importantly, we are happy to have found a dealership that is so respectful of the customer and his time. No haggling, no games - just a great price and a quick, friendly experience. More

I was greeted at the door by Jimmy and Samantha already had everything set up for me. I was short on time my first trip there but I already knew I would be buying from them. I came back the next day, drove the car I was interested in and then Jimmy showed me another car that I wasn't sure I was going to like... But it turns out I LOVED it! The whole team knew exactly what I wanted. Then came time to talk numbers, which is the part I hate. Dylan made this so painless. There wasn't too much "back and forth" and we agreed on a price. Then came finance. All the paperwork was explained in a way that even I could understand it. I ended up getting an extended warranty, key replacement, tire protection and gap insurance and Andi did everything he could to keep my payments exactly where I wanted them to be.I kind of got upset thinking I wasn't going to be able to take my new car home that day but Jimmy worked his magic and I drove away in my brand new Corolla! All in all I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. I will definitely be referring all of my friends to come here. Thank you Samantha, Jimmy, Dylan, Andi and Kevin! More

They have a fantastic staff that is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you are completely satisfied. Kennedy Lidonde is an excellent salesman not just looking for a sale but to make sure all customers are extremely happy with the vehicle they are purchasing. Andi Xhacka sold us 3 of the 4 cars we purchased and was promoted to finance which was nice to see as he is also very eager to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire financial process. Andi, though in finance, is not out to upgrade your package but to make sure you feel comfortable with your payment and getting you the best APR possible as well as any additional coverages that may be needed for your specific vehicle and will tell you if he feels a coverage is worth it for the particular vehicle you are purchasing. Imad Benelkour was in finance for the first 3 cars purchased and for the 4 car was promoted to management. Imad is a fantastic asset to the company and was also extremely helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. He makes purchasing a new vehicle truly enjoyable and fun yet still highly professional. He is a perfect balance of what is needed and expected when purchasing a vehicle. If it were not for Imad and Andi 3 years ago I think we would have shopped around before going back to Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn but because of them we knew we would get the experience and deal we were looking for which is why going back this time was such an easy decision. We have every intention of going back in the future and working with both Imad and Andi as Herb Chambers Toyota would truly be lost without them.
