He was very patient in allowing us to try several cars and working through the issues of what we really wanted in an SUV (Highlander). He worked with us on the final "out the door" price of the vehicle and even managed to work with his finance person (Andy) for a better rate than what we were getting at our CU. All in all a good experience and will certainly go back when the need for another car arises. More

First thing I observed was they listen to everything I was looking for. They met my expectations and more no one in New England had their prices I called a negotiated with 7 Toyota dealerships and no one was even close to their prices. I just went yesterday to pick up my 6th vehicles at their dealer ship everything was done in 1 1/2 hrs. This is called superior customer services. Next month I will be taking a good friend to buy a 2016 Rav4. I will always be going to this dealer because I consider them like my family. Thanks Idman, Matt, Andi and everyone that help me and my family with our vehicles!!!! I hope this dealership keeps up the great work they are doing for the customers. More

Samantha Tetreau did an incredible job breaking down the logistics and key details in leasing a vehicle. She was also very informative in explaining all of the tech specs for the car, she's the best! Kennedy Lidonde gave us a peace of mind before and after we leased the car, he ensured we had no hesitations or fears about anything in and around the car. Kennedy is so humorous and enthusiastic, always smiling and taking pride in what he does, good guy!
