Visit to Sales Dept. This was my first visit to Flemington BMW and I met with Anatoliy to look at a CPO 3 series. I viewed the car on-line, so I knew what I wanted to tes This was my first visit to Flemington BMW and I met with Anatoliy to look at a CPO 3 series. I viewed the car on-line, so I knew what I wanted to test drive. The moment I walked into the showroom, I was greeted and treated with respect. Anatoliy was very pleasant to work with and didn't pressure me. He was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and showed me the features during my visit. After the test drive, I decided to buy the car and he made the experience a pleasant one, along with Noha and Jan Michael who handled the financing. I would definitely go back to Flemington BMW for my next purchase, which may be soon considering my wife wants to drive the car all the time now! More

Fair and Honest - Customer Service Oriented It's the first time I purchased at Flemington BMW. Although the dealership is a bit out of my area, they had a car in stock that interested me. Anatoliy was very professional throughout the process and was able to get all my questions answered. Any issue that cropped-up -- he quickly resolved! He was down to earth and easy to work with. Noha in Finance was customer service oriented, great to work with and valued my time. Overall, I felt the process was fair and honest. That's most important to me. Geoff S. More
