Once contacted about the issue, they quickly scheduled an appointment. They got my truck in as scheduled. Amy was always communicating with me and kept me updated. She informed me of the total cost and only appointment. They got my truck in as scheduled. Amy was always communicating with me and kept me updated. She informed me of the total cost and only completed the work I authorized without pressure to do anything else. You have earned me as a life time customer! More

I took my car in to get a leak fixed they didn’t fix the leak the first time they got the car dirty and drove it 139 Miles and no one got back to me to tell me why they drove it that much not even a manager leak the first time they got the car dirty and drove it 139 Miles and no one got back to me to tell me why they drove it that much not even a manager. They had no explanation of why my car was driven that much. And then I had to bring it back in to have them fix it and clean it. More

Amy was great to work with. She kept me well informed about the status of my truck. My big complaint was how long the process took - it took 4 days just to analyze the problem She kept me well informed about the status of my truck. My big complaint was how long the process took - it took 4 days just to analyze the problem and then another week and half to fix it since the service department was backed up. I was given a loaner car, which I did appreciate, but I was a little shocked that it took 2 weeks to get my truck fixed. More

Amy in service is great. Not a great experience with the salesman Sean McFarland. Communication after papers were signed seemed unimportant with lack of communication. Weeks Not a great experience with the salesman Sean McFarland. Communication after papers were signed seemed unimportant with lack of communication. Weeks of repairs needed to be done with bad communication early on in that process. I was told they did not have time to install a new windshield on the truck I purchased, but they would have someone come to me. Sean told me he left a message with Glass xxxxxx, I ended up reaching out and scheduling it myself and setting everything up. Another salesman assisted me when picking up my truck and stated it should’ve been detailed upon completion but that was not done either. More
