We came in for a lower cost model and end up buying an upgrade. Primarily because of the excellent, no pressure, informative, common sense approach of Andrew Brown. We are now slowly coming out of the chip shortage and I was able to get an amazing, negotiated deal on my ‘22 Accord Sport 2.0T. I got the color that I wanted as well. I had planned on flying out of state (bought my flight tickets) to purchase my Accord because I was fed up with the games of all the $6-12k dealership markups. At Norm Reeves in West Covina they are very fair in their pricing and I was very happy with my purchase! I had looked at ALL of the Southern California Honda Dealerships and no one will beat Norm Reeves West Covina. The staff are top notch professional. I first of all worked with Internet Sales Representative, Mr. Steven Facio. He worked with me on the lowest price on the phone/ email. Very professional. Mr. Francisco Alvarez was our Sales Professional that was the best in the whole facility, very kind hearted and treated us like family. Mr. Jake in Finance was great as well. So, if you are looking for your perfect Honda in a market that is turning back around slowly, check out Norm Reeves in West Covina. It was a 45 minute drive for us and worth it! More
