Hello and thanks for taking the time to write this review. The wipers were $57.63 for the pair and the oil change/ tire rotation was $123.43. The total bill, with taxes, was $195.54. If you go to any auto parts store you will see that wipers are in that price range and the oil change and tire rotation is also on par with the rest of the service shops in the area. Part of our service process is to go over the recommendations of the service technician and the costs or parts and labor with each customer prior to the completion of any work. When we covered this with your sister, she was aware of the costs of each part and service and agreed to have the work completed. Every customer has the opportunity to decline services for any reason, even cost. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact me directly.
