Amber Baraso worked with technicians to identify a service notification that described the intermittent problem we had with the transmission in our 2016 Odyssey. We had previously been told there was service notification that described the intermittent problem we had with the transmission in our 2016 Odyssey. We had previously been told there was nothing could be done. The fix was applied and the problem has not reoccurred. Five stars for Amber and the service team. More
