Although they are knowledgeable about the product that they are selling, however they lack customer service skills. Their action in no way reflect their words. They will tell you everything that you want they are selling, however they lack customer service skills. Their action in no way reflect their words. They will tell you everything that you want to hear, however when an issue arise you are pretty much on your own. I have learned a very expensive lesson from them. More

I went there to have a mopar lift put on my new gladiator that I purchased at Central in Raynham. I was happy with the discounted price of the lift. But when I showed my 10% off coupon that the dealer was ru that I purchased at Central in Raynham. I was happy with the discounted price of the lift. But when I showed my 10% off coupon that the dealer was running I was told that had been already taken off the bill. I did not see a line item for the 10% off and asked 2 other employees with no luck. I am very dissapointed. More
