My experience was horrible. Before going to purchase a 2022 Arteon, I asked multiple times about the price listed on cars.com being the actual price of the car. I took the following day off from work, I picked up my check from NFCU, I had my down payment, everything ready to go. I get to the dealership, I test drove the car and we started the paper work. Went as far as adding the car to my insurance. The salesman stepped away for a while and came back stating that there was an error and the price was actually over 10k more than what was posted on cars.com. After spending more than two hours at the dealership I left with nothing. It was a horrible experience. The manager didn't even come out to greet and or speak with me. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a car from this place. I got the same car from another dealership a few days later. More

Best car dealership experience we have ever had. The staff worked allday with us to get us what we needed. We wanted to get a lower payment and they would not stop until we did. We had been to a few other dealerships and this was definitely not the case. From start to finish, the process was quick and painless. Everyone from Mario, Amanda and Dave in finance was professional, communicated clearly and was a pleasure to deal with. We left Ourisman with a great deal on our new Outback and couldn't be happier with our new car. I would not hesitate to go back here again because of the excellent customer service we received. Awesome Online/In Person Vehicle Purchase I am thoroughly pleased with Amanda and Moe in the purchase of my new truck. After searching online for a vehicle, I was able to come to an agreement I am thoroughly pleased with Amanda and Moe in the purchase of my new truck. After searching online for a vehicle, I was able to come to an agreement online and was able to be in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. All the folks involved in the process were very pleasant and professional in their responses and dealings. Vehicle was in excellent shape, clean, washed, and waiting for me to drive off. I have never had such an easy, enjoyable car buying experience ever. Amanda was a pleasure to work with online and she even made time to stop by and introduce herself to me towards the end of the process. Moe was ready for my arrival and did not waste time in getting me in and out (and no I did not feel rushed). No pressure and a beautiful truck to drive home. There have been no issues with my new/used truck. More
