Hi, I love helping people!!! My favorite part of the day is watching someone drive off in the car they wanted! A little about me: I have 4 dogs (taco, Lollie, Riley & Bailey) 3 Poms and 1 Chihuahua *My Fur-Babies* I am originally from the east side of Cleveland (St. Clair) and now reside on the Westside (Kamms Corner) My Mother she is my best friend and confidant. I love comfort food, the kind that sticks to your ribs. In my spare time I Love to Karaoke, Play Pool and relaxing on the couch with my pups & watch some TV, anything reality shows, cooking network and Gordon Ramsey is on my DVR. All in all I consider myself very down to earth, a real people person who is here to make someone smile. I love to hear new stories and make new friends, I am here to listen & help. Come see me. Amazing 16 Forester Got connected with Amanda online looking for a newer Subaru. She was able to meet all of my concerns and answer all of my questions. Experience at the dealership was better than expected, had a great test drive experience and quickly came to an agreement on price. Finance was on top of their game getting us in and out quickly, but, were able to be informative and efficient. Over all it was a great experience and everything we were promised was delivered. Will definitely recommend Amanda to friends and family for future vehicles. More

Doing the Right Thing I purchased a used 2010 Ford Fusion Sport AWD from this dealership with 71k miles on it. The auto had issues in the first 24 hours that left me with I purchased a used 2010 Ford Fusion Sport AWD from this dealership with 71k miles on it. The auto had issues in the first 24 hours that left me with a dead battery, leaking brake caliper, and unbalanced tires, and a misaligned car which I had corrected at my cost due to time & location constraints. I contacted the Used Car Manager who asked for the receipts, reviewed them with his Service Manager, and promptly admitted they missed some things on this car. They issued me a check immediately to reimburse me for the repair expenses I incurred. TALK ABOUT DOING THE RIGHT THING! SCOTT TURNEY AND THIS DEALERSHIP STOOD BEHIND THEIR CAR - FANTASTIC RESPONSE! BASED ON THIS ACT ALONE, I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. More

Best car buying experience ever. Walked into Subaru dealership just looking at cars. We were immediately greeted by friendly salesman.
