I am happy with the work they did on my vehicle as well as their recommendations for additional service needs that need attention. The only disappointment was the windshield wiper fluid light came on about a week after my appointment and the reservoir was empty, so I went ahead and bought some fluid and refilled it. Scott reached out multiple times to give me detailed updates, provided me a loaner, and let me come back to get childseats for the loaner over the weekend. Staff was professional, courteous, approachable, and friendly. To date, we haven't had a leaky roof and my wife is happy w/ her still "new" 2018 Q7.
