I’ve to admit that I’m the beginning. I was very disappointed n the atmosphere. And Customer Service compared to 3 years ago when I leased my first vehicle . It all ended up ok though I was very disappointed n the atmosphere. And Customer Service compared to 3 years ago when I leased my first vehicle . It all ended up ok though and my concerns and Issues were addressed. The Staff were accommodating to my needs and concerns . I would return as a customer. More

I purchased a 2022 Camry Hybrid from Alvin in September of 2021 and had a great experience - he was patient, helpful, and very easy to work with. I then had an issue with a flat tire months after working of 2021 and had a great experience - he was patient, helpful, and very easy to work with. I then had an issue with a flat tire months after working with him, and contacted him about how to move forward with getting the tire and rim replaced. Even though he sold the car to me months ago, he immediately contacted the service department for me, walked me through the process of getting the tire and rim fixed, and answered all of my questions - above and beyond for a salesman. He's very professional and kind, and truly an asset to Jim White. More

Alvin (new car salesman) was fantastic from start to finish. We live in the Lansing, MI area and were on the hunt for a Tacoma. They are extremely difficult to find right now and we called probably 20 d finish. We live in the Lansing, MI area and were on the hunt for a Tacoma. They are extremely difficult to find right now and we called probably 20 dealerships in our state. I went out on a limb and called Jim White and sure enough...they had the trim package AND color we were looking for coming to their lot in two short weeks. Alvin was responsive and courteous throughout the entire time. The entire test drive/leasing paperwork process took about an hour start to finish - a very quick process. Everyone was friendly, down to earth, and doesn't over-sell you. An overall great experience! More

I was impressed with Alvin. He was a no pressure salesman and was always willing to help with any questions we had. I also stopped at the nearby Honda dealership to test drive the competitor’s vehicle. I was and was always willing to help with any questions we had.
