Our local dealer in northern Michigan simply did not seem to understand what we wanted in a truck and only wanted to sell us something from his lot. After reviewing the website for Glenbrook Dodge we took the 300 mile drive and found a dealership who completely understood our very specific needs, had the exact HD 3500 we needed and worked exceptionally hard to beat our credit unions best deal. They have earned our business from here on out, I will happily refer my friends and family to their exceptional facility! More

Just WOW! Besides it being busy and having to wait pretty long for finance. Overall the best service i have ever recieved at a dealership. They were friendly, non pressuring, were up front with details on anything you could imagine. I was even offered food outside of their already given popcorn and drinks. Most importantly i got the vehicle i wanted not what they were trying to get rid of. I did several steps prior to my trip to help speed the process up over the phone and text messages. I didn't get quite as much as i hoped on my trade in,but oh well. I will definitely be using this dealership again and again if need be. More
