Even before I take delivery I wanted to write about my experience with the whole dealership. Oz is the Manager and he has been fantastic! Alisha is my Sales Consultant and I couldn't have asked for better. Both are very attentive and spot on with everything. This all started when I emailed the owner, Mr. LaLonde and he emailed me a few times to promise me a great experience...and he (and his team) have delivered! I am an Audi Brand Specialist at Audi Rochester Hills. We strive to provide a luxury experience with everyone regardless of what they are here for. Alisha, Oz and Mr. LaLonde have provided me with a luxury experience and then some. I cannot say enough about them and how they have treated me. Oz is a Former U.S. Marine like myself, so I knew he would treat me well...but Alisha has been top notch! She is even my friend on Facebook now! Thanks again and I look forward to being your customer for years to come! More
