Amazing experience! I traveled from Michigan to buy a 2018 Ram Promaster van from Allen Raines. Allen stayed in constant communication with me to ensure my travels were I traveled from Michigan to buy a 2018 Ram Promaster van from Allen Raines. Allen stayed in constant communication with me to ensure my travels were without incident and even picked me up from my hotel to get me to the dealership the next morning. My wife and I helping our daughter buy a car. In helping our daughter buy a car to take to med school, we worked with Allen Raines. Allen stayed on top of things through the whole process...even In helping our daughter buy a car to take to med school, we worked with Allen Raines. Allen stayed on top of things through the whole process...even returning phone calls promptly after leaving him messages on his day off. Allen was the ultimate professional, answering all our questions and addressing our needs...always with a smile. While our daughter was signing the loan documents, Saul Metcalf was very helping in explaining the warranties available and did not pressure us to buy something we didn't need. John Jenkins, who is also associated with the dealership, was also very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of fthe different vehicles our daughter was interested in. THANK YOU Allen, Saul and John for looking out for the best interests of our daughter AND making buying another car a pleasurable experience!! More
