At Millennium I was greated by Norris, who insisted to show me the car even though I told him I knew the car because I own a 2006 Camary. It turned out that he knew much more about the car then I did, he showed me every feature about the 2010 Camry and could tell me all the new added features since my last purchase. He reassured me about my concerns over the recalls and was able to explain exactly what the problem was and how it was being fixed. The negotiations went smoothly and no games were played. I brought the car for a fair price and got a fair price on my trade. Norris and Alisa from finance were friendly and professional. The hardest part of the whole experience was getting a correct insurance card form my insurance company. Besides that, I will purchase my cars in the future from this dealership and will recommend it to anyone. Brenda Rose More
