Hi Mrs Banks this is Anthony from Nissan. Thank you for speaking with me about this issue of there being water in your car. I'm glad we were able to clear us some of the concerns. As we discussed, as a repair facility, our primary area of expertise is fixing problems with vehicles. Such as the clogged drains that your vehicle had due to dirt and debris being in them. Cleaning the interior of the floor and carpets is not a service we offer or provide. We tried to assist as best as possible with a wet vac that we have and use for our rentals but that was done as a courtesy to try and help assist with the excess water. Going forward, if there is any issue with the work that was recently done with unclogging the drains please let us know. Thank you and Take care.

After reviewing your account I see that we did everything on our part to place the order for the part, and open a ticket with Nissan corporate in regards to the urgency for the need of the part, and we placed an expedite on it for you. At that point, we have done everything in our power to help assist you. We were waiting for the part to arrive just as you were. It took less then 2 months to arrive but when it did come in we were able to quickly have it installed for you. Anthony What you said in your reply pertains only to the last two months of this issue. It started several months ago when we initially took this in for service , the first time i was told to leave the car as it could take a while to repair so it was dropped of in Am was called about 3pm saying it was repaired. After driving one block the system shut down I immediately returned to service and was told to take the car to the service manager Ian, at that time he said he needed to take car in after waiting two hours was told the system needed a second reprogramming, Drove the car five minutes and system shut down again , Took back two more times and was told problem fixed and it wasn't all shut downs of system i was told to record and send video to Ian Than about three months passed driving the car while system shuts down driving calls dropped , gps shuts down , radio does not play, had to deal with this several months before finally Ian call me and tells me he is expediting the issue through corporate, 2 months after that is where your story picks up you left out the part about 5 ubers from your dealership to my home and back the months of having no radio or hands free phone or gps. I’m sending this response as i am the one who transported the car for Maria all those times and I'm the one who dealt with staff at the service department if you need to reach me i am available anytime service dept or Ian has my number Michael
