I gave Ali a call the day after our car was heavily damaged in an accident. He responded immediately to our inquiry about replacing our car if in fact it was deemed a total loss. I chose to come to Handy Toyota even though I have easier access to the Toyota dealership in Chittenden County. This is my second Prius at Handy's. All explanations were handled thoroughly, and the transac access to the Toyota dealership in Chittenden County. This is my second Prius at Handy's.
