I bought a brand new RAV4 Hybrid yesterday and looking back my experience with Sales was really disappointing. However, while I was test driving, I had to guide the conversation and ask 20 some-odd questions about the vehicle's features only to get a 1 or 2 word answer. It made me feel really bad and I kept thinking "Am I a waist of time? Do I look like a joke?" After talking with my partner, WE decided the car was the best choice for our household. The big kick came at the end when I went to go pick up the car, I saw another family pose in front of their new car while an associate took their photo. I was rushed to inspect and then once I initialed everyone disappeared. I felt kind of drop-kicked. If you can find another dealership who delivers a more consistent "happy customer experience", I would recommend it. More

We started our truck buying journey with Zaheen (client care specialist) she kept us in the loop, she was very kind and answered my endless questions. When our truck arrived we then dealt with Alfredo who care specialist) she kept us in the loop, she was very kind and answered my endless questions. When our truck arrived we then dealt with Alfredo who did our paperwork and finalize our sale, he was great! He was also very kind and answered more of my endless questions. We went on to the finance manager, Adam Niazi, and to my surprise we again had a very kind Person to deal with, he was very thorough with the papers we signed, didn’t try to sell us on a bunch of stuff we didn’t need (I appreciate that). After years of buying Toyota’s from other dealerships it was an extremely nice change. I never felt like I was standing in front of a dreaded car salesman. I highly recommend Elk Grove Toyota. PS.. their prices are way better! More
