Great Sales team Manager was incredible and did everything to make the deal happen. I cannot say enough great things about Alex. Alexander Ortiz is very friendly, intelligent and he knew the product inside and out in detail. He was very flexible and patient. He arranged a test drive and step by step explained all the features of the the product inside and out in detail. He was very flexible and patient. I personally have never had the experience with a car salesman that can remotely compare to the excellence and knowledge Alex Ortiz provided. Came in for service and to address a couple recalls for my 2022 Telluride SX, and was delighted by extreme customer service by Rose. She answered all of my questions with a smile, followed up on the status my 2022 Telluride SX, and was delighted by extreme customer service by Rose. She answered all of my questions with a smile, followed up on the status of the work periodically, and got me out of there in no time! Kudos to the service team for providing excellent service, and more specifically Rose, who made the experience smooth and quick! Thank you!
