The most unprofessional dealership ! ! attempted a purchase from out of state, verifying the availability of the es300h,first they attempted to price gouge because of supply limitations, ! attempted a purchase from out of state, verifying the availability of the es300h,first they attempted to price gouge because of supply limitations, thereafter they accepted my MSRP offer, put down a deposit to secure and began the process of selling my old car locally, attaining financing, insurance notification ,XM notification ,all requiring multiple hours of work . Received a call from a supervisor verifying I could pickup the car within the week which I confirmed. Then phone silence! i attempted to reach the supervisor to confirm airline arrival etc ,no response,so I called again leaving a message . 2hrs later , a call from a sales manager stating there was a mistake and my car was already sold (this 4 days after my deposit ) Tough to think anything other then shysters !! Beware More

LIARS!!Stay away BAIT AND SWITCH😡 By far the worst experience ever! I came in to get a Lexus NX and was told the same day that because of my credit on equifax they weren’t able to app By far the worst experience ever! I came in to get a Lexus NX and was told the same day that because of my credit on equifax they weren’t able to approve me. I said to Alex Mejias that it’s okay and not to worry about it. I’ll just wait until my credit fix then get the car. He told that he finance manager will call me the next morning ( which was a lie) . The following morning He call me and told me I was approve but need to come in to finished all the paper with the finance manager . I said okay but if it’s not the same offer I DONT NOT WANT IT!. He told me I just need to come in. ( very shady). I said no I’m not doing that because I need to know if I was approved with the same rate ,terms, and monthly payments. He still insisted me to come in. I hung up. About 1 hr later this guy I never spoke with called me from Lexus of North Miami name Mark Ricciadi( very shady guy, be aware) told me that Alex told him to call me . I explain to him the same thing ( if the price isn’t the same I don’t not want it and I will not drive from Boca and waste my time). He told me that the price was the same and that he is looking at it.( the phone is recorded so I’m sure you guys have all this) I left work just to come to this dealer because theyve been forcing me to come. Once I step inside the finance office , sitting there for about 30mins this finance guy going to tell me that I wasn’t approve for the same payment. I was approved for a tier 3. Which the payments was SKYROCKETED! I was furious😡. I wasted money getting into an Uber and to come here for that price. I will be reporting this type of practice to the BBB. This is unacceptable!😡😡😡😡😡 THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVERY TO GET A CAR!!! Please stay away!! Consumer Affairs will be getting this too. More
