Purchased a Ford Bronco in Nov 2021 and Alex patiently helped and guided me through the process of waiting for the build, navigating me through my first of out of state, virtual purchase, car shipment to helped and guided me through the process of waiting for the build, navigating me through my first of out of state, virtual purchase, car shipment to WA and follow-up once delivered to make sure everything was taken care of. Great service. Very personable. Only minor ding was for the dealership who didn't send the MSO document needed to register the car so I had to wait 5 days after car delivery before I could register and legally drive the vehicle. More
