I worked with Alex B. who was helpful. Only issue was the remote start was back ordered so have to wait for that. Also a Subaru issue - had a hard time finding a Crosstrek who was helpful. Only issue was the remote start was back ordered so have to wait for that. Also a Subaru issue - had a hard time finding a Crosstrek with the exact features. Didn't want a moonroof. But other packages without one may not have the winter package that I did want. So didn't get exactly what I wanted. But have had the car for a week and love it so far. Getting used to all the new electronics and safety features. But love this model of the Subaru line overall. More

I also have had good experience with the service department Josh in particular has been great over the years solving any issues I have had. These people are the real reason I come back again and again. Anyone can sell you a car these guys do it right from start to finish.
