Hidden Fees and Poor Service I waited over 2 hours to get a replacement key, then was given a bill of $389, when I asked what the hazard waste charge of $9.50 was Mr. Morel couldn I waited over 2 hours to get a replacement key, then was given a bill of $389, when I asked what the hazard waste charge of $9.50 was Mr. Morel couldn’t explain it to me. I asked to see other bills to compare my charge, he couldn’t produce that either. I was told that my car was ready and going to get washed. My car was not washed, he said he pulled it because he thought I was in a time crunch. I waited over 2 hours for a key replacement! When i asked to see the manger he gave me a bogus excuse that he wasn’t in his office. Will never use them again! More
