Honest, helpful and supportive I bought a Passat in 2012 and loved it. When it came time to look at purchasing another vehicle I knew I would come back to this dealership. Perfect Day I was in the market for a new car and was ready for a change. (My old car was a Lexus 350). I have always been a fan of German cars and my son recomme I was in the market for a new car and was ready for a change. (My old car was a Lexus 350). I have always been a fan of German cars and my son recommended that I check out the Alltrack. I walked in cold and Alex was quick to introduce me to the car. I test drove it, got some literature and thanked him for his time. I drove several other vehicles but decided this VW was for me. I went back to drive the car again and took my husband to show him. Again, Alex was very knowledgeable and competently addressed all of our questions. His enthusiasm and patience when showing me all my new car's options made the walk through a pleasure. More

From the salesman Alex & to the sales manager Katie, & to the finance director Dan most helpful in all aspects of: * Always available, phone & e-mail * Returned calls immediately * Made process simple & convient * Dan made paperwork so simple where to sign & what to return! * Took care of all details, (auto cleaned, gassed, photos e-mailed etc.) * Helpful in all aspects We would purchase a new auto again from this dealership Don Thornton of Tulsa, which says a lot!
