The reason I actually went to this dealership was due to an internetprice offer. out of 4 Key was the only one to actually say "this is our offer" which says alot to me...no come in we will talk...upfront i an internetprice offer. out of 4 Key was the only one to actually say "this is our offer" which says alot to me...no come in we will talk...upfront is what I like. Alex Tobey I met when I arrived..firm handshake and eye contact= interested in what my needs were...to the point with a smile..thanks Alex!! Dave Tackett..no B.S. kinda guy..firm handshake and eye contact = what can I do for you? Dave was very good..if he did not know an answer he was upfront and went and got the answer, Thanks Dave!!! These two young folk are really are proud of working for Key and it shows and they DID bend over backwards to help out in any way. I would recommend this dealership and working with these two people and I feel you will walk or drive away with a deal that makes everybody happy. I have not used the repair shop yet and hope not to but I think the treatment would be on par with that of Alex and Dave. More

My experience was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. My 7 year old son was with me the entire time (4.5 hours). I asked him if he wished that he stayed home. He answered, "No, because then I w friendly. My 7 year old son was with me the entire time (4.5 hours). I asked him if he wished that he stayed home. He answered, "No, because then I would not have met all those nice people". That pretty much says it all. Only 2 disappointments were that when I purchased the new van, I almost had to stop on the way home to refill my gas tank (and my trade in was full) and the windshield wipers are bad (had to change those right away). This was a great experience and I have already recommended others to go to Key Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Dodge Ram to shop for a car. More

This by far exceeds all new car buying experiences that I have and I'm 60, so there were many. From my first inquire with Alex via e-mail to signing on the dotted line with Bob, it was quick and I was well have and I'm 60, so there were many. I had a very good new car experience at Key Chrysler in Xenia. It started when I emailed a question about a concern I had. I got an immediate response from Alex Tobey who answered my question. I sent several additional emails over the next few days and always received a prompt response from Alex. I finally decided to visit Key Chrysler to test drive a 2012 Dodge Avenger. Dwayne Cornett greeted me and explained the differences between the 2012 Dodge Avenger models available on the lot. Even though Key didn't have a new Avenger with the particular features that I wanted, they found the Avenger of my choice from a sister dealer. The paperwork process turned out to be both quick and painless. I left Key driving the vehicle of my choice and in minimal time. The following day, I emailed another question to Key. Once again, Alex answered my question thoroughly and in record time. I encourage anyone in the market for a new vehicle to give Key Chrysler in Xenia a try. They will not disappoint!! More
