Alex in sales and Josh in finance and warranty were both absolutely incredible dealing with me and my many questions. I just bought my second Outback from them and it was a very enjoyable experience. These were our 5th and 6th cars from this amazing dealership and our consistently impressive experience will keep us coming back for many more. Alex Laderer and Greg Jacobson make a great team. Greg searched tirelessly for vehicles matching our wish list. We negotiated the deals over email prior to going to the dealership so everything was smooth and seamless when we were ready to pull the trigger. Jay Rhee was fantastic for my husband’s lease. And Josh Jones was super helpful for mine. All our questions were answered and the process couldn’t have been more pleasant. We even worked directly with Shawn Davie to get everything lined up for my mom to lease a new Forester. My wife and I just had an awesome experience leasing our two new Ascents. These were our 5th and 6th cars from Heritage Subaru Owings Mills and our consistently impressive experience will keep us coming bac two new Ascents. These were our 5th and 6th cars from Heritage Subaru Owings Mills and our consistently impressive experience will keep us coming back for many more. Alex Laderer and Greg Jacobson were, as always, an incredible team. I went back and forth via email with these two for some time before coming out to the dealership and I appreciate their patience and helpfulness at every turn. When we spoke to Alex about potentially moving up to Ascents a few months ago, we were nervous it was going to take a while to get two 7 passengers Premiums. Not only did we get them, but we got them in the colors we wanted and in record time. Jay Rhee was fantastic when I was in the dealership on Friday. And Josh Jones was tremendous on the phone on Saturday. The numbers were great, the process smooth and seamless. We look forward to enjoying these Ascents but will be back to Heritage Subaru Owings Mills when the leases are up! More
