3rd time customer, but NEVER again! I know, you'd think after the first two negative encounters I would have learned my lesson... but the only reason I was a 3rd time customer was the de I know, you'd think after the first two negative encounters I would have learned my lesson... but the only reason I was a 3rd time customer was the dealership trying to "right' the 2nd "wrong".... This is the absolute WORST car dealership I have ever been involved with and I've owned 17 cars in my life... The owner is the most arrogant self centered person I have ever came in contact with. You will NEVER be able to speak with him on the phone because he will get his little cronies to take his calls... No wonder that place has the turnover it does. I wouldn't work for him either. They will not hold up to their contracts, they will tell you that your part is on "back order", they will not refund your GAP insurance, and tell you the insurance company has to do it. When you call and try to resolve your issue, you get promised that you will get a call back, don't hold your breath! FRANKLIN KIA IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!! More

We had a fabulous experience from tne time we walked on the lot until the time we drove our new Sorrento home! I especially appreciated the fact that both Alex and Tracy spoke directly to me just as much a the lot until the time we drove our new Sorrento home! My husband and I went into the Carnival Kia of Franklin because we needed to trade in our car. My mother had referred us to them. Our salesman was Alex Kumi. As soon as we drove up he introduced himself to because we needed to trade in our car. My mother had referred us to them. Our salesman was Alex Kumi. As soon as we drove up he introduced himself to us and was very willing to help us. We didn't think we would be able to buy a new car, but Alex did everything he could to make sure we were able to purchase a car that day. He was very friendly and personable. We love our new Kia Forte! Thanks so much! More

After having a disappointing experience at a local CarMax, I was really discouraged in trying to purchase a vehicle. I heard a commercial on the way home for Carnival Kia, so when I got home I called CarMax, I was really discouraged in trying to purchase a vehicle. I heard a commercial on the way home for Carnival Kia, so when I got home I called and spoke to Alex. I told him my situation and he was confident that he would be able to help me out. He advised me to fill out an online credit application and we would go from there. An hour later Alex gave me a call back and told me they were still working on the application and he would call me the next day. So 9 o'clock on the dot the next morning he gave me a call with the good news that I was preapproved and to bring in my trade in that evening. That night within a few hours after arriving I was driving off the lot in my new 2013 Kia Forte. I absolutely love my new car. The best part of my experience was how Alex explained everything in detail and helpped me understand a few issues. I will definately be back in a few years to by my daughter her first car. More

After spending 2 years looking at the Kia Optima we happened on the Carnival Kia of Franklin during a Saturday afternoon drive. We had not intend to buy a car that day, we were just 'just looking' and happened on the Carnival Kia of Franklin during a Saturday afternoon drive. We had not intend to buy a car that day, we were just 'just looking' and comparing. We were greeting as we walked up to the door by Wes and he treated us like a friend, not a sale. We explained what we were interested in and he showed us what we were looking for - the Kia Optima SXT. We took the car for a test drive - back roads, expressway, etc. We really got to put the car through its paces on all different types of roads - to our satisfaction. Sorry Wes, if I scared you. Once we returned to the dealership we were introduced to Alex Kumi who talked with us extensively about the car. Once we ironed out the price and financing, we finished the paperwork. Alex had the car detailed and then spent considerable time explaining all the bells and whistles on our car. I only have one regret in our purchasing this car - I was sorry that Chris (owner - "Don't you leave until you see me") wasn't at the dealership, but hope to meet him in the future. More

We just bought a new Sedona and it will be used to load my husband's wheelchair via a lift.
