My main experience is with the Sales Person that helped me purchase a Ram truck. Jordan Malmgren was thorough and courteous. He knew his product inside and out. although i couldn't get to the dealership u me purchase a Ram truck. Jordan Malmgren was thorough and courteous. He knew his product inside and out. although i couldn't get to the dealership until 6 days after we settled on a vehicle and he confirmed pricing, he was in constant contact, answering questions and getting back to me, oftentimes pro-actively. Superb people skills, knowledge of the product and sales process. his care and enthusiasm made him a joy to work with.
