Drove from western Kansas to Long McArthur because we were interested in seeing the 2023 Ford Tremor Maverick. Upon arriving we were greeted by Jeff Hamilton. Jeff was friendly and professional. We told were interested in seeing the 2023 Ford Tremor Maverick. Upon arriving we were greeted by Jeff Hamilton. Jeff was friendly and professional. We told him of our desire to see the Maverick Tremor and he took us to the vehicle for us to see. While we looked at the vehicle, he asked if we would be interested in seeing the interior and possibly taking it for a test drive. We said sure and he promptly went to get the keys and brought the truck to us near the sales area. We took the vehicle out for a short test drive and upon our returned he asked if we like the truck. We said yes and that we needed a moment to talk it over. Jeff did not pressure us but simply told us to take the time we needed. After we decided to purchase the vehicle, Jeff made the purchase process very easy. He also answered all the questions we had about the vehicle. Jeff also called on Niles Gridley to explain the appearance protection package in detail. Niles was very thorough with the protection package details as well as very pleasant. Once we were ready to see Alex Gershon, Jeff again was very attentive and had Alex come to us. Alex took us to his office where he too was very professional. He was thorough with all the financials and service contracts available to us for the vehicle were about to purchase.
