Service took me in right away when my headlight burned out and the granted my request to have an oil change and tire rotation performed so that I did not have to come back a few days later. Poor communication, no attention to detail, felt very shady.nice sales rep, poor management. Came in knowing what I wanted and was told that the car was there (I called in before coming) to find out por shady.nice sales rep, poor management. Came in knowing what I wanted and was told that the car was there (I called in before coming) to find out porter had it and I had to wait over 45 minutes for it to return. Before finding out the truth I was told a customer had it on loan for the day. Ask for tire tread to be checked, manager came out to check them and was short and rude to me. Car mats were in the trunk, drivers side mat had a hole in it and was placed as the last mat in the pile. They did give me plastic mats after I mentioned it but they were not up front about it. I picked up the car later that night after they were closed because I ask for it to be cleaned up better then it was and notice they didn’t put the temp plate (paper) in the car, so I drove it home with no plates. Someone drop it off the next day. Also didn’t send screws for back license so those had to be mail out separately as well. Would not shop there again. More
