My Mercedes-Benz GLB needed replacement and repairs of the front chrome strip assembly and two front sensors and my expert advisor Alex who knows my car just as well as I do for the past three years let m the front chrome strip assembly and two front sensors and my expert advisor Alex who knows my car just as well as I do for the past three years let me know that I cant put off repairing it forever. Alex let me know that this was going to cost a little more than what I normally have been paying on average for service and to make it hurt as least as possible he set me up with a 2023 Mercedes GLB Loaner with only 1300 miles on the odometer for five days. When I picked my car up on Friday it once again looked like it did when I bought it in 2020 from the dealership! I also want to thank Chuck for filling in and setting me up with a loaner for my appointment when Alex had a day off. Chuck immediately jumped in to help me and the teamwork shown by Chuck made me feel like family and I went home knowing that I would be taken care of during the day of my appointment and that is exactly what happened. More
