I just spent two weeks going from dealer to dealer and finally found Brickell Buick , which by the way is 2 hours through incredible traffic from my home. They were a lifesaver. I had been crying daily finally found Brickell Buick , which by the way is 2 hours through incredible traffic from my home. They were a lifesaver. I had been crying daily as I could not find an honest dealership or salesman. Everyone at Brickell made me feel welcome. I knew I was not being “ripped” off. They more than fixed a few small details. After all I was buying a used car but felt I drove home in a brand new car. We had made a small insignificant list of some cosmetic things that bothered me. They were taken care of by the time we came back the next day. One thing had been overlooked and I received a written guarantee to come back and it would be taken care of. Most people would not even mind but I am a little or perhaps a lot OCD. They even filled the car with a full tank of gas. Would I recommend this dealership? 200% YES!! I want to give a special shout out to Javier Vargas our salesman and to Dario Dimitric the Pre- Owned Sales Manager. We just could not have been treated any better. We also feel we bought a very fine pre-owned car. Brickell Buick is worth the drive wherever you are coming from. More
