I haven't had an amazing car purchasing experience since 1997 when I lived in Saint Louis MO as I had with Alec Sutherland this past weekend at Cowboy Toyota. This man is a gentleman and true Texan. I came in looking for what I thought was the car I wanted; after some sincere conversation and perfectly probing questions, Alec was able to fit me into my perfect car, at the perfect price. I could not be happier. Alec provided me with an exceptional car buying experience and superior Customer Service the moment I spoke to him on the phone, on my way to see him. I came to the dealership wanting to only test drive the SUV that they had on the lot. My salesman, Alec Sutherland, was very helpful and pleasant to do business with and very knowledgeable about the produ SUV that they had on the lot. My salesman, Alec Sutherland, was very helpful and pleasant to do business with and very knowledgeable about the product. Alec was patient and answered all of my questions. I enjoyed the test drive because he let us drive down a rough road to see how well the vehicle handled the road. I ended up buying the vehicle that day thanks to Alec and his work ethics. This was the best car buying experience I've had due to his hassle-free and non-aggressive style. He was a pleasure to talk with and has a sense of humor. Alec is the reason for me going to the dealership to see the carand because of his attitude and methods, I walked out of there the same day with my brand new 2023 Toyota BZ4X AWD Limited and I love it!! Thank you Alec for your patience with me and all of the process. The finance office, Richard Breaud, was also very pleasant and humorous to work withduring the entire process of financing. Terrible dealer, he lied throughout most of our buying experience. Kept saying this will be there and that but when the car actually came majority of what he said was not true. Spent so many trips to cowb experience. Kept saying this will be there and that but when the car actually came majority of what he said was not true. Spent so many trips to cowboy Toyota because he said the car was ready when it wasent. The general manager got involved and that’s when things went smoothly. I personally do not recommend this individual. More
