Salesman was excellent I worked with Hayden for the test drive. Unfortunately he was not there the next day when I returned to purchase the vehicle. Hayden was professiona I worked with Hayden for the test drive. Unfortunately he was not there the next day when I returned to purchase the vehicle. Hayden was professional and knowledgeable. The next day I worked with Alex who was equally professional and knowledgeable. He made the process easy. After the car was detailed and ready to go he looked over the car and we both noticed some things that still needed to be cleaned up. I had to return the next day to finish up the paperwork quickly and he took the car back and had it cleaned up again for me. He was very friendly and very helpful. More

Took time but great experience I went to a Nissan dealership by my house and drove a Titan. I did a little research prior and wasn’t keen on a Nissan but I did like driving a truck I went to a Nissan dealership by my house and drove a Titan. I did a little research prior and wasn’t keen on a Nissan but I did like driving a truck and I wasn’t ready to negotiate at closing time. I went home and did more research and I also used Sams auto service and King’s Ford was on the list. The next day i was going to check out a Tundra but I made an appointment with King. Alec was my salesman and I was confused on how the F-150’s were priced and I started looking at the XLT’s but the options I wanted were on the higher end trucks. There was an XLT that I liked but he showed me a Lariat which the color wasn’t right and there was one that was a demo that he thought I would like and I did. I thought with having the Club membership would make the process go faster but it didn’t. After being there for over 5 hours I finally left. Alec was great and I bought Andy’s demo so it was all a great experience. More
