My family and I worked with Aldo and his manager Mario. We came in not sure of what to expect and really having to buy a car due to a terrible car accident. We had a bit of an issue with the interim manager, with disrespectful language, and tone. He seemed to interfere in the middle of our deal, and Aldo had to grab Mario before things escalated. After we were able to smooth things out with Mario, we purchased our vehicle and are very happy with the service, the pricing, and with McGrath Honda of St. Charles. More

Out of state buyers beware! Worst experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle from them and when I arrived they told me about some hidden fees that were not listed on their o had purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle from them and when I arrived they told me about some hidden fees that were not listed on their online advertisement - so expect to add 1k or 2k to the advertised price. They treated me as an out of state buyer awful. The nightmare really started after I purchased the vehicle. I waited over 2 months to get my tags because their title clerk made several mistakes. They didn't collect even close to the right amount of taxes at the time of sale, so I ended up having to payout of pocket for the large difference when it should have all been included in the loan. Oh and their sales managers including Nate never called me back after about a dozen of calls over the period of waiting for my tags. Ever. More

Deceptive advertising, sechedyled a test drive online for a used civic type r and once I got to the dealership, was told I was “unable” to test drive the car, had I known this I would have chosen a different a used civic type r and once I got to the dealership, was told I was “unable” to test drive the car, had I known this I would have chosen a different dealer, also I was left waiting for almost 30 minutes with no time updates while being presented an offer, also the car had major undisclosed curb rash marks on all 4 wheels that were not pictured online More
