the worst service place , group of lairs, just to strip you off your money, not honest at all. They fix nothing and I have to back after 30 days for the same issue but this time different diagnosis of cour you off your money, not honest at all. This place is by far the worst dealership I have dealt with in 20 years. Stay away save yourself the hassle of being lied to and tricked. When a person says trust me that's when you know to run. Do not deal with Jeff or Alladin they are both money hungry thirst buckets who care so much about their reputation that they tricked me into coming back to start my rewards program only to have taken a survey that was meant for me by asking me to open my email so I did they then took my phone gave it to the receptionist who took the survey as if she was me to make their dealership look like they did nothing to harm me. Too bad for them I will not stop until I am completely satisfied that they will be reprimanded for their lies . Oh and don't bother with their consumer affairs team as you will be told that there is nothing that they can do because it's a privately owned dealership but guess what there's the bbb there's also a real consumer affairs team and also other outlets that our lawyers are looking into. As sad as it is even the car they leased me a 2023 looks like the tags were switched and I was sold an older model car. How do they get away with this I have no clue but like I said before there's a special place in xxxx for people like them More

Took my 2021 Nissan Rogue for a recall repair and look how they wanted me to take my car home. This is beyond unacceptable. I took my car in good condition and look how I got the car back. Now I feel like how they wanted me to take my car home. This is beyond unacceptable. I took my car in good condition and look how I got the car back. Now I feel like I’m driving in a unsafe car. NEVER GO TO ROCKAWAY NISSAN FOR SERVICE REPAIRS ESPECIALLY FOR RECALLS. I don’t even want this car anymore after this experience!! Look at the leather it’s all scratched and the vents are not aligned look at the center panel by the gear shift it’s not even in place. Dirty finger prints all around the car. More

Worst experience everrrrr. Spent my whole day in the office with a bunch of scammers who told me I was approved for the 2022 Nissan Altima With 0 down payment after trading Spent my whole day in the office with a bunch of scammers who told me I was approved for the 2022 Nissan Altima With 0 down payment after trading in my 2021 nissan Versa They transferred my insurance my registration etc and told me I goad to go u just needed to sign a paper.. little do I know that they claim that the income was lil so the bank disapproved it so I gave them 3 recent paystub, which he came back to me and say it was approved then 10 mins after coming to me telling me if u could put down $3000.00 so I told him I’m putting nothing down give me back my Versa they then said they getting the manager I’ve yet to met with the manager smh anyways he come back he’s later telling me how they gonna lose if I don’t pay $3000, I’ve never seen this yet. My best bet is to pay off their car I have now and part ways with nissan. Worst experience everrrrr!! More

Leasing a vehicle is a no no. Because when it comes to service it's a rip off. I have a lease am in the 3rd year of the lease. The Rogue only has 10500 miles on it and there is pulsation when the van hits service it's a rip off. I have a lease am in the 3rd year of the lease. Nissan said I will have to pay 175 for a diagnostic, if it's the brakes 220 for front and 220 for back plus rotors 375 if needed..🤔🤔🤔. So really verify 100% what is really covered under warranty when speaking to a financial specialist because have zero clue and so does service. Yes am still awaiting a call from finance😄😄😄 More

Take my car in for service, was suppose to get brake pads and rotors replaced, they said they did the work trusted them and turns out the rotors have never been touched and some cheap break pads were put on. and rotors replaced, they said they did the work trusted them and turns out the rotors have never been touched and some cheap break pads were put on. Would not recommend this place at all. After promising free oil changes, all of a sudden the next month that service is discontinued, even called a representative and still yet to receive a call back a hour later, they talk a good game but putting them to shame, once again I do not recommend this place there are better more trusting Nissan dealerships you can go too. More
