Albert Rosales went above and beyond in his customer service. He was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I will definitely recommend this store and Albert specifically because of the exper service. He was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I will definitely recommend this store and Albert specifically because of the experience. The store was clean and efficiently staffed. 4 out 5 stars because of the experience in the Finance Dept. While the transaction was efficient, the Finance staff member I worked with did not have a welcoming demeanor. Also,I wish that the store had more stock of cars with different color options on site. Afterwards the finance manager, Ramzi, went over all the paperwork and didn’t push any additional charges as a previous dealership had done. This whole process has been a breeze! More
