Albert was my sales person in purchasing a 2011 Audi Q7 for my wifes birhthday. His low key no pressure approach was a breath of fresh air as I am very low key guy. He was helpful in every aspect and we communicated frequently via e-mail and text so my wife was totally unaware of the purchase. Albert was very accomodating when it came to the two trade ins including my son's car. He was flexible and fair. In addition he was very helpful in explaining the technology of the car to both my wife and I on seperate occasions. When at the dealership I had his total attention the entire duration whenever I was there. Albert is also very enthusiastic about the product he is selling in his communication with the customer not to mention owning two Audi vehicles himself. The only negative part was that the manager did press things a bit.
