My Name is Dave Reece and in September of 2011 I had some business to conduct near Edison NJ. After completing that business I drove by Bell Audi to take a look at their inventory of new A6's. Soon after my quick review of the lot I went to get back in my beat up work pick-up and out came Albert Nkansa to ask me what I was interested in. I told him I had been waiting for the new A6 and had been to other dealers closer to my house to grab a look at the Audi's. After a friendly conversation, he asked of my time frame for purchase and of the different options I might want, asked for my number and email and let me go on my way. A couple of weeks before my anticipated time of purchase, which was 5 months later, I received an email from Albert, inviting me for a test drive and a more in depth review of the A6. I thought to myself what a great salesperson. No hounding during the 5 months just a note when I was ready. When I returned to Bell Audi for a test drive I experienced something I rarely do in auto sales. My salesperson new more about the car than I did. I mean everything. There was no function on the car Albert did not know about in detail. It was quite impressive. I returned 2 days later to place a down payment on my order and everything was ready to go. I bypassed no less than 5 Audi dealerships closer to my home because of that salesmanship. I picked up my car this week and found that all of the staff I had to deal with were essentially the same way. What a pleasant experience. Thanks Albert and Bell Audi. More

I was looking for a 2012 Avant A4. First time I went to Bell, they didn't have one, but Albert said that he would find me one. He said to call him in three weeks, that the avants should be coming in by th Bell, they didn't have one, but Albert said that he would find me one. I went to Bell two days later and since Albert had done all of the preliminary work at the prior visit, my time at the dealership to pick up the car was fast. He stuck to the price he quoted me at the 1st visit and didn't try to negotiate a higher price. Albert made the "buying a car experience," very pleasant. He is an extremely nice guy and is very good at pointing out the features of the car and showing you how to use them. He has a lot of patience. I was in a hurry and he is very good under pressure. Albert is exceptional at customer service. I would defintely by another car from Albert at Bell Audi. I trust him. Anne More

I was referred to Albert through one of my co-workers and what a wonderful experience it was. Truthfully, I was not ready to make a purchase on that day but before I knew it, I was signing papers for my new what a wonderful experience it was. I have past experience buying new cars from different dealers and even from other Audi dealers around the area. Buying a car from Albert was the best so far. He made the process smooth, he proved to be reliable and delivered things as promised, and more important he was able to hear my needs without being pushy. Something new for me from a car seller. When I was going to do the car pick-up I got trapped on some work related issues and got to the dealer late. While still on my way Albert called me to see if everything was ok and if I needed to reschedule. I got to the dealer and my car was parked at the front of the dealer waiting for me. He went over all the features of the car very thoroughly and answered all my questions. Even the paperwork part was nice and smooth, when I left the dealer I was comparing this experience with Princeton BMW and was night and day difference. Excellent service!!! I am supper satisfied with Bell Audi and Albert More

I had done research on the internet for a CPO Audi A4 as I was in need of replacing my A4 and did not want to buy the latest model design. Bell Audi had several CPO cars that were fit the type car I wanted I was in need of replacing my A4 and did not want to buy the latest model design. Bell Audi had several CPO cars that were fit the type car I wanted & I made my appt online while on vacation. My experience with Albert's expertise in what I wanted was exceptional and we found my car within a short time of my coming to the showroom We completed the sale that afternoon and I drove home with the car. The car is outstanding in design and handles beautifully. I am very happy with the Bell Audi employees - and since I am in walking distance of my local Audi, that is saying something! Bell is about a 30 minute drive. I would highly recommend a visit to Bell Audi in Edison before purchasing your next car. I see Audis alot on the road so I'm guessing there are a lot of happy Audi owners in my area. More

I have been searching for a CPO Audi A8L for the past couple years. I have had an A4 (1.8T) & an A6 (4.2L). After searching regularly, I finally found the CPO A8L that I was searching for at Bell Audi couple years. I have had an A4 (1.8T) & an A6 (4.2L). After searching regularly, I finally found the CPO A8L that I was searching for at Bell Audi in Edison, NJ. I reside in Massachusetts; however, an A8L w/ all the options, color combination, wheels, etc. w/ ONLY 15K is RARE to say the least. I handled all of the details over the phone & on email and within 4 days had worked out a deal on my trade (2000 A6, 4.2L) + the purchase of the 2007 A8L. Jack Russell went above & beyond what any "Business Manager" at any dealership ever has! Jim Todd was very accomodating & extremely customer service oriented. Albert Nkansa knows his Audis! Albert set up my blackberry on bluetooth wireless & explained very single option that this car had to offer; all while being pressed for time as my schedule was very tight; he works great under pressure. Follow up questions I had weeks later were met w/ contunied excellent customer service from Jack, Albert & Jim. I never knew anything of "Bell Audi" previously (I wish they were in MA, as they would be stiff competition for the local Audi Dealerships); however, after my first hand excellent experience, I have now recommended Bell Audi to my many friends & business colleagues in New Jersey. More
