Happy at the beginning of the sale, but 2 weeks and my new vehicle fail a component and was told to wait 2 weeks just for diagnostic, short handed? That’s too much. So I have to take it to another dealer new vehicle fail a component and was told to wait 2 weeks just for diagnostic, short handed? That’s too much. So I have to take it to another dealer to resolve it. The financial advisor choose the following week a “better ”financial institución that just save me 2 dollars (haven’t seen those savings) but, what convenient, he can add another insurance package to my deal that I declined at the beginning with out waiting on my answer. And now, a week later is to late to reverse it. Convenient, all were electronic signatures. More

1. My salesman was actually a great guy, he was realistic and didn’t have the whole “typical salesman sleezy vibe.” He worked with me and made it an enjoyable experience. 2. Finance manager i delt with was more of the “sleezy car salesman.” He tried playing me to get the sales of all the extra things that no one needs that are just pure profit for the dealership. He was carefree of what the customer might need to get them to come back as a customer in the future. 3. Comptroller. Failed to payoff my trade in in accordance with Florida law. Terrible. I was forced to have to make another payment because it took this dealer a full month to send off the payoff check. 4. Wouldn’t go back to this dealership. More

Absolute worst experience ever. They forced me to put deposit down told me the damage on a truck I was buying would be fixed w in the week and I’d be in a rental for the short time. Only to have the truck in damage condition for two months then make attempt to take truck to dealership to honor their word immediately get fixed. Not at all, THEY (THE MGR HIMSELF) LEFT THE TRUCK IN THE SAME PARKING SPACE TWO WEEKS AGO FROM DROPPING OFF! More
