I've dealt with Alan for quite some time now (we have two Toyotas from Legacy) and he always works with me and my budget to give me a heads up on what I've dealt with Alan for quite some time now (we have two Toyotas from Legacy) and he always works with me and my budget to give me a heads up on what absolutely has to be fixed and what can wait if I'm tight on money. Service department always excellent. I bought a Solara at Legacy and the service was wonderful for the four years I owned it. Unfortunately it was totaled when someone ran a stop sign but I bought a Solara at Legacy and the service was wonderful for the four years I owned it. Unfortunately it was totaled when someone ran a stop sign but the car did its job and protected my daughter, who was driving. I have another one now and am happy to start coming to Legacy again. I'm thankful I have another Toyota. I've had it serviced twice and the service is still great. Friendly, and very upfront about options & service issues and costs. More

Alan Blackburn is always courteous and never hesitates to communicate with me on all my repairs. He let me know about a recall that was performed also. It is hard to find a service writer/representative these days that doesn't take the customer for granted. He is always attentive and professional to my requests and questions on my Tundra and that is why I always want him to take care of me. He is truly an asset for Legacy Toyota and one of a kind. I went online and reviewed their inventory of Tacomas. I found one that had all the equipment I wanted but was not my first color choice. I went to the dealership and talked to them about locating a truck in my first color choice or making a good deal on the one they had on their lot. They were willing to located another truck, but they made an excellent package on selling the truck on their lot and giving me a good trade-in price for my Honda. I would recommend Legacy Toyota to anyone interested in a Toyota product! More

Excellent service! I stopped in on Friday morning at 9:15 am to see if I could get my service done a day early. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday morning. Ala I stopped in on Friday morning at 9:15 am to see if I could get my service done a day early. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday morning. Alan said that was no problem but it may take an hour to an hour and a half. In less than an hour my service was complete. Not only Alan but the entire service department staff are very efficient in understanding the customer's needs. The waiting area was over and beyond my expectations. They had a coffee and donut station and wi-fi stations that reminded me of a Barnes and Nobles. More
