A few years ago I was treated badly by another dealer, and stopped in at Heiser to see what they would do. I met Al, and the rest is history. I have been 100% satisfied with all my transactions, and have always been treated with respect, courtesy, and appreciation. I love Toyota, and treat my cars very well, so trade-ins have always gone smoothly.On my last pick up of my newest car, Al came in on his day off to assure that everything went without a hitch. I have highly recommended this dealership in general, and Al specifically, to others. I couldn't ask for more! More
