Al Grandell could not have been more friendly. From the moment I stepped on the lot I never felt pressured to look at or buy anything. I simply explained my situation and where I needed to be and Al gave m moment I stepped on the lot I never felt pressured to look at or buy anything. I simply explained my situation and where I needed to be and Al gave me a straight forward answer that made car buying a pleasure. He simply said, " Lets step up to the plate and swing the bat and see what happens." Well, what happened was he was able to put me right where I needed to be in a matter of minutes. There was no hassle, no haggle, just straight to the point business that I really appreciated.
