Rachel and Bill ensured we get at ease, gave us a quick office tour of the Clinton Honda dealership and showed us the soft drinks area, restroom area, kids playroom and later after some time Rachel checked if we were ready to go test drive the new 2014 HONDA ODYSSEY EXL-NAV. My family and I were delighted to see the test drive car in the parking lot already had my name with a welcome card on it ? and the incredible part to note was this car had zero miles. During test-drive Rachel explained us some of the key features in the new Odyssey which further helped us firm up our decision that Odyssey is really going to be the best car for our family. After test-drive we finalized the car color, options/accessories that we wanted in our car and hence started with the paper-work for car delivery. Since the car color (OBSIDIAN BLUE) we initially wanted was not available at the Clinton Honda, Rachel shared possible options which they could explore to bring the car from their friendly Honda dealerships in the tri-state area. We later finalized the second car color (CRYSTAL BLACK) as our choice that we were comfortable with and found out it’s already available with Clinton Honda, again with just 2 miles on it for immediate delivery. The over-all process of car delivery was very professional, smooth and completed within two days we confirmed the car. Thank you Rachel for listening to our questions and answering them to our satisfaction – me and my family are very pleased with your over-all support and attention in getting us our new car the 2014 HONDA ODYSSEY EXL-NAV! We found Feliks to be very cordial, and especially knowledgeable about the Honda product I Was interested in. I was interested in going to another dealership to look at another vehicle, But with the information I received from Feliks about that vehicle, I knew I was going to go With another CRV. Feliks was not at all disparaging about the competitor's vehicle, but rather accentuated the qualities I was looking for with my vehicle, and meeting my budget requirements - a very good sales approach. No more van I have driven a "Mom van" since 1987 and thought I was going to buy another. I saw a few used Honda Odyssey's on line and contacted Bill Ripka to com I have driven a "Mom van" since 1987 and thought I was going to buy another. I saw a few used Honda Odyssey's on line and contacted Bill Ripka to come in and take a look. His response to my inquiry was very timely but he was not available at the time we could come for a visit. We were fortunate to then work with his colleague, Joe Vizzi. Of course he showed me the vans I had initially seen on line but was interested in why I was thinking of another van. Based upon that information, he suggested I look at the Honda Pilot. It was perfect! It satisfied my"needs" and my "wants". The whole process was smooth and professional, including our dealing with Ajay Sharma. We have purchased other new vehicles from this dealer but this was our first used car. I highly recommend this agency. More

Great Buying Experience!!!!! I worked with Scott D. over the phone on purchasing a vehicle I saw on the internet. There were very few pictures of the vehicle on the web-site, seei I worked with Scott D. over the phone on purchasing a vehicle I saw on the internet. There were very few pictures of the vehicle on the web-site, seeing it was recently traded in. Scott D. went out and took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me via e-mail and text message. Once arriving to the dealership, after a 2 hour drive from South Jersey, Scott D. introduced me to Steve the used car manager. He and I talked for about 30 minutes before we even talked about the price I was looking to pay for the vehicle. Steve and Scott D. were able to get me in this very good used vehicle which is for my wife who transport my daughter everywhere at a very good price. I would and will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Decided to try a purchase from them. Everything went great. Very smooth. No surprises. Initial contact with Bill Ripka was great. He gave me all the info i needed before I every got to the dealer. Worked with Joe to do the actual test drive and purchase. He was very professional thru the whole process. Did not feel pressured at all as you do at some dealers. Even working with Ajay on final purchase went very well. He presented all my options and left the decisions up to me. Again felt no pressure to purchase addons I didn't want. More

Clinton Honda was recommended by a family member and in particular Bill Butler. I first inquired online about a Ridgeline and was contacted by Bill Ripka who was very helpful with information. He handed me off to Bill Butler when I mentioned the recommendation and the new Bill took over. Mr Butler was very warm and welcoming when we first met. Honestly, I think I was an easy sale as my mind was made up by now on purchasing a Pilot. There were just a few minor questions that my wife and I had that Bill answered easily. We had to wait for the 2014 Pilot we wanted as it was in transit to the dealership. I got the call it was in within 2 days. We went out to pick it up and were now handed off to Ajay for the money end of the deal. Ajay did the required sales pitch for extended warranties but he wasn't annoying. He was good at his job while not being a pain in the rump. That is why we came the distance. Car buying can be a real nightmare at some dealerships. Not at Clinton Honda. I would certainly buy a car from them again. Since it is so new I will have to see how well the Service Dept. is. I think with the amount of professionalism that the sales floor shows the Service Dept. Will be good too. I am hopeful. More

I researched area pricing and got exactly the price I was expecting. The team even stayed late to make sure I could take my new car home that same night. There service waiting area is spacious, has tv, wifi and refreshments. I've recommended Clinton Honda and Hondas in general to everyone looking for a new car. You can't find a more reliable brand or dealership. Thanks, folks! See you again next time. More
