I’d heard good things about the Hall dealerships in VB, so when I saw a great deal online for a used 2023 CRV with low miles, I immediately scheduled a test drive. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Ahmed B so when I saw a great deal online for a used 2023 CRV with low miles, I immediately scheduled a test drive. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Ahmed Bouzoubaa. He was professional, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. Ahmed took us for a walk around the car and thoroughly covered all of the features and upgrades. During my test drive, Ahmed ensured that I try all of the safety features so I could get a good feel for the car. The purchase process went smoothly and I never felt pressured or uneasy (I actually felt like family). I left the dealership with confidence and my dream car. After being disappointed with other dealerships in the past, I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I even returned to the dealership later to receive additional paperwork regarding the warranties I purchased, and Ahmed and his sales manager, Tyler Edwards, made sure I had everything that I needed. Overall my experience at this dealership was great. It started off rocky when we walked in we didn’t see many people and the people we saw in the office were just sitting on their phones. Thankfully An It started off rocky when we walked in we didn’t see many people and the people we saw in the office were just sitting on their phones. Thankfully Antoine came in and quickly got us a sales person. When we were introduced to Blake off the back he was very nice, friendly, very knowledgeable. Definitely could tell he knew the in and outs of Honda cars. Test driving the first car we were interested in, he let us know about the different features and answered any questions we had. After the first visit he followed up with us to see if there was anything else he could do. Our second visit started off better, greeted by Ahmed, who was nice, friendly and knowledgeable as well. We weren’t able to get our first choice but he told us about the car we ended up purchasing. While waiting for everything to finalize he made sure that everything was correct he stayed until the end. The process was so smooth and easy from the time that we were there to the end. We were the last ones to leave but we got our vehicle. Thank you to everyone including the Finance manager Bryon as well for making the process so quick and easy. More
