Elk Grove Toyota is the best! I was almost buying my Prius Prime at Folsom Toyota because they offered the lowest price at the time! However, since Jeremy was so nice and patient w I was almost buying my Prius Prime at Folsom Toyota because they offered the lowest price at the time! However, since Jeremy was so nice and patient with me while I was shopping for my car, I sent him an email to thank him for his help and to let him know of my upcoming purchase with Folsom Toyota. He ended up wining our business! If he wasn't so nice in the beginning, I wouldn't send him that email, and I probably bought my car at Folsom. I was also very impressed with Bill Gann when I came for the test drive. He was so friendly and provided great customer services. He made me feel that our decision to purchase at Elk Grove Toyota was all worth it. Nai Saechao was very kind and approachable. He took the time to explain everything to us and was very pleasant. We weren't planning on getting the extended warranty and Glass Coat, but we did! Ahmad Azimi was excellent. He explained the car in details and very easy to talk to. Thanks Elk Grove Toyota for a great car buying experience. More
